Bob has been active in real estate and construction since 1988. A University of British Columbia graduate, he has developed and built single-family, multi-family, industrial and commercial projects in both British Columbia and Arizona.

As President of Morningstar, Ryan takes pride in ensuring that Morningstar’s new communities are a reflection of our Company’s values, that our homes incorporate the knowledge gained over our many years of home building and that our homes are designed for how people want to live. His experience includes working in the commercial real estate sector since 1998, ultimately expanding his expertise in acquisitions, land development, new home construction, leasing, and asset management. Ryan holds an Urban Geography degree from the University of Victoria. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys spending time with his family, playing hockey and mountain biking.

Deborah brings over 25 years of sales and marketing experience to Morningstar. With roots beginning in California and extending to Toronto where she marketed high volume single-family homes for one of Toronto’s leading builders. Deborah joined the Morningstar team in 2004 and has been instrumental in its ongoing growth and success. She holds a BBA in business/marketing.

Quentin has worked in real estate development for the past 17 years. He has developed residential subdivisions throughout the Lower Mainland, the Okanagan and Prince George. Quentin is also experienced in the acquisition of property and doing land assembly. He has served on industry advisory groups such as the UDI Coquitlam Liaison Committee, HAVAN (Homebuilders Association Vancouver) development committee, as well as several municipal advisory groups. Quentin holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia.

Dale has been a homebuilder since 1982 and has built and sold more than 3,000 single-family homes in Greater Vancouver.  He has served on sales & marketing committees at local, provincial and national levels and was a former President of the Greater Vancouver Home Builders Association where he was honoured with: GVHBA Technical Excellence Award 2006, GVHBA, Builder Member of the Year 2004 & 1986, CHBA Sales & Marketing Person of the Year 1990 and GVHBA Recognition of Exemplary Service Board of Directors Year 2004–2010.

Karen has been employed in the single-family home building industry since 1992 and has been with Morningstar since its inception. Her responsibilities include personnel management of admin and accounting staff and managing the company’s general administrative budget. Karen was honoured with the President’s Award from one of BC’s prominent builders, in recognition of her leadership and administration skills and was the recipient of the Morningstar Award of Excellence in 2003. Karen is proud of her contributions to the company’s growth and continued success.

Ali has a Master Degree in Architecture and Master of Engineering degree in Construction Management from the University of British Columbia. He has over 20 years’ experience in housing design and construction management. Ali has recently completed the full training program with NRCan and achieved his registration as a Certified Energy Advisor. Ali’s experience in both architecture and engineering are a definite asset to the Morningstar team. Ali was the recipient of the Morningstar Award of Excellence in 2006.

Ed has worked in the residential construction industry for almost 40 years. Learning from the ground up in his family’s construction business, he also attended the Civil Engineering Technology Program at RRCC (MIT) in Winnipeg and has worked with some of the largest home builders and land developers in western Canada. He has also earned the Registered Housing Professional (RHP) designation awarded by CHBA-BC. Ed joined Morningstar Homes in 2002 and is proud to be part of the team that helped grow the company into the household name and industry leader it is today.

Randy has enjoyed helping families purchase Morningstar single-family homes for over 20 years. His key to success is his attention to the customer from start to finish. He takes pride in ensuring that the biggest purchase most people will ever make goes smoothly and that homeowners are able to enjoy the process. Randy has been designated as a Certified New Homes Sales Professional by HAVAN (Homebuilders Association Vancouver) and is the proud recipient of two Gold Georgie awards by the CHBA. Randy has also been awarded the top 5% nationwide sales representative (for overall homebuyer experience) from AVID Ratings.

Rettie has helped 1000’s of families purchase homes over his 20+ years of new home sales. The key to this success is his complete attention to the customer throughout the home buying process ensuring everything goes smoothly from start to finish. His knowledge of construction and home design along with his talent for making homeowners feel at ease instills confidence and trust. Rettie is a Certified New Homes Sales Professional designated by HAVAN (Homebuilders Association Vancouver)and is the proud recipient of three Gold Georgie awards from the Canadian Home Builders’ Association of BC, and is also a national “SAM” award winner. Rettie was the recipient of the Morningstar Award of Excellence in 2005.
