This is the third new home we’ve purchased and the follow up service that Morningstar provided has amazed us! We have never experienced great service like this from any other builder. It’s a great comfort knowing that if we need a service or have an issue, they will be there for us. We would definitely buy another new home from Morningstar. The other key reason we did not buy from another builder on Burke Mountain is that their purchase packages are very tricky. Their prices usually do not include HST, appliances, and features you see in the show homes. They seem to have lower average prices, but after you ask for the the things you want, you can easily add on a few hundred thousand dollars to the price. The package from Morningstar is much more simple and straightforward.
